Six editions · once a year
Every year since 2021, we bring together founders, engineers and executives for a few days of straight talk about building companies in Châtel, in the French Alps. Six editions so far. No stage, no pitch decks: work sessions, long walks, and the kind of conversations that change what you do next quarter.
Attendance is by invitation, and the group is kept deliberately small.

Inadevs is led by Damien Bravin, an engineering leader and architect who spent seven years at Isabel Group, from engineer to Technical Lead to owner of the API marketplace behind Belgium's bank connectivity, and holds an Executive MBA from Solvay Brussels School. For larger mandates, Damien brings in trusted senior specialists from his network. You get a firm's breadth with a principal's attention, and one person accountable for the outcome.
